DESIGN INSPIRATION
Innovative Design: A Stunning Tribute To The Red Sea
Luxurious and dynamic, the façade pattern of this building is inspired by the Sea Salt from the Red Sea, which crystallizes into a unique and striking pattern. This innovative design pays homage to Jeddah’s connection to the Red Sea, creating a stunning visual representation of the region’s cultural roots.
The double-layer façade, known as the Mashrabiya, serves a functional purpose in addition to its aesthetic appeal. This technique is well-known in Arabic architecture for its ability to prevent solar gain and enhance energy efficiency. By incorporating this technique into the design, the building not only maintains a comfortable indoor temperature but also pays tribute to the region’s architectural heritage.
Open space composition of the buildings is inspired by Jeddah’s traditional Hijazi and Barahat. Human-scaled and livable spaces with different scales define a dynamic space that enhances proper pedestrian circulation and community experience.
The result is a stunning development that showcases both innovative design and a deep connection to the cultural heritage of the region.
